President:
Tracy McCaughan (Conder Preschool)
Tracy McCaughan was elected President for 2009. Tracy is the mother of two young boys - her eldest is in year 1 and her youngest son is attending Charles Conder Preschool this year. Tracy has been involved with the Canberra Preschool Society since 2007 and was Secretary of the Society in 2008.

Secretary:
John Darcy (Independent Member)
John became a member of the Canberra Preschool Society in 2007 serving as the CPS Vice President. He is the father of two children who both attend Theodore Primary School. John didn't stray too far away from the CPS in 2008 as he was brought onto the CPS Council as an ex-offcio councillor specifically to revise the new CPS Constitution - ensuring that it met the requirements of the society in terms of its broader vision, its accessibility and equity. John also become an Independent member of the CPS during the course of 2008.

Treasurer & Public Officer:
Amanda Kilby (Life Member)
Amanda has served the Canberra Preschool Society as a Council member since 2000 in the role of Treasurer. In 2007 Amanda accepted an invitation to become a life member of the CPS. Amanda works for the Australian Federal Police and she is the dedicated parent of two children.
